Directshow Flash over http

Create a Directshow source filter and splitter filter that can download and stream Flash video. The filters must support http download and streaming of Flash content, ie. clips such as YouTube and live flash streams from ?. The splitter filter should support a single video pin using both H.263 and VP6 formats with mediatypes compatible with the On2 decoder filters and FFDshow. A single audio pin should support MP3 and PCM. The source filter should buffer the received video stream for at least 5 seconds before starting to send frames to the downstream filters, each time the buffer runs out the source filter should re-buffer and adjust the timestamps correctly (just like MediaPlayer playing a WMV stream).
