Convert flops.c to a DLL accessible via VB6

I need a file flops.c (Included ) to be converted to a dll that I can get a API call (A Declear) through VB6 I need it to be compiled in Intel c++ compiler if you dont have it I have it. MUST HAVE ASAP! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows All versions.. well Win 95 and up and must be able to be used with VB6, if its not then ill have no use for it.
