Compile C.net app, modify CAS

Some prior programmers updated a [login to view URL] program called WebCAER to add a couple of new features and make it compatible with Vista and Windows 7. They never finished the project and I need somebody to do some final debugging and compiling to a .MSI file At this point, it seems to run on Windows 7, Vista and XP in the uncompiled format. However, making it compatible with these operating systems may have caused a bug in the recording mode. It worked previously, but at least in the uncompiled format, recording does not work now. If after compiling recording still does not work, then it needs to be fixed. You need to be able to actually test it on xp, Win7 and Vista machines The program automatically log into a website. One version needs to be compiled that logs into the current website. And another, separate version needs to be compiled that will log into a different website. Access to these websites is controlled by a central authorization server. [login to view URL] The CAS needs to be updated to the latest version and another logon page needs to be created for the second URL mentioned above. The CAS logon page also needs to be cleaned up cosmetically. I think this project is pretty trivial.
