I have Dialogic conference cards running on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4 and a custom C++ telephony app.? The Dialogic API has a function that generates simple arrays containing active talker data for the various active conferences on an adjustable interval (100ms+).? I want to stream this data from directly from RAM to end users using a Comet? server.

The ultimate use of the stream data would be to update a display that is very similar to the standard stock market list that most comet servers demo, however, instead of transferring price changes, it would highlight the status? change? ? from a normal connected state to a speaking state.? The streamed data is primarily viewed, from 15 minutes to an hour, perhaps without browser interaction by the end user, however, if appropriate to reduce load, the stream could be started and? terminated by the C++ application.

In addition to the? constant stream of active talker data (when a conference is in progress), there is some primarily static data? that changes far far less frequently,? and always in connection with changes written to the MySQL database either by the C++ app or by a user via the web.?

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I am about to have the static part of the site redone in PHP.? Please let me know if that makes a difference.

I think Comet obvious way this should be done.? I am looking for someone who has the expertise to integrate one of the various comet servers.

The 2000 Advanced Server works with the Dialogic Cards, but I believe? could upgrade to 2003.? I could changed to Linux, but that might be more slightly more complex for me, but I can understand it might be necessary.

So, can it be done, and do you have the expertise to help pick from the various comet servers available (preferrably one of the free versions, of course) to meet my needs and then implement the solution.
