Code Behind An Image

I need someone who can create a piece of code which i can copy and paste and upload to my [login to view URL] file which will enable me to Hide a piece of code which i will supply, behind a image which i would also supply. so when a user clicks this image they will be going to the code which will be hidden from view. so what will happen they land on my page see the image the whole image should be clickable and when clicked they go to where ever the hidden code takes them shouldnt be to hard budget of $30 If you can do this code pm for code and image. The code is i think in Java script Must show me it working before i release payment.
