When the program first launches, I need a wizard to come up asking for acct info and when/how to warn the user. It will run in the sys tray and will automatically access wireless provider's web sites and retrieve up-to-date information about the number of DAYTIME minutes remaining, DAYTIME mins used in the current billing cycle. If the client is paying for nights and weekends, those mins need to be calculated in. If there are multiple numbers for the account, I need to get both the overall DAYTIME usage and the DAYTIME usage for each number. I need this to work with the following cell providers: Sprint, Alltel, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Cingular. I can provide usernames and passwords for some accounts. In addition, when thresholds have been exceeded or when they hit a number specified by a user I need to alert the user by the following: 1. Show popup on top of the sys tray then fade away 2. Send a FREE text message 3. Send an e-mail 4. Play a sound 5. The icon in sys tray will change 6. Exe a prog User can set up multiple alerts. App will send an automatic report of mins used via e-mail/text msg specified by the user. The app will refresh info by intervals specified by user. It will work on dial-up/broadband. Program will be a trial for 30 days and will expire unless it is activated. ## Deliverables 1)Once complete, I will need the project files and installation package (Including the text-to-speech package) all bundled up ready for distribution. 2)Coder will debeg any issues found within 30 days after completion of project at no cost. 3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
