Assigment Specification: I have to write a card game that is in c language and then converts it to mips (assembly language). Any cards game is worked for me, excepted the Black Jack game. The game has to be played between two people. One is the player and the other one is the dealer. The program should prompt a menu for the user. The menu should include the following: 1) play the game, 2)display the amount of money, and 3) exit the program. If the user pick (1) from the menu, the program should allow the user to enter the starting amount of money, and then prompt to ask the user to enter bet. After that, the game can start.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Actually, all I need is the mips program with 400 or more lines of codes (not counting the comments and blank lines). I do need the C program but with general idea of each functions. Something like what the function does, and include the pre and post conditions. I strongly prefer that you can use the "struct" data type in designing the c program. The game has to be played between two people. One is the player and the other one is the dealer. The program should prompt a menu for the user. The menu should include the following: 1) play the game, 2)display the amount of money, and 3) exit the program. If the user pick (1) from the menu, the program should allow the user to enter the starting amount of money, and then prompt to ask the user to enter bet, or just ask the user to enter the bet. After that, the game can start. Important Things: The mips(assembly language) program should has more than 400 line of codes (not counting the comments and blank lines in the program). There is absolutely "NO" globle variables declare in the program, but you allow to use the static data, which you can declare the deck of cards at top of the program. The program should be functionality (non functioning program will not be accepted) Most important: Don't "padded" the codes by implementing an inefficient algorithm. It can increase the lines count but not good.

## Platform
