Calculate Energy Content of Wave File

I need a program that will be able to get and calculate the Energy content of a wave file. If there are 180 samples in a wave file, the energy content of sample 1 is squared and added to the squared value of the energy content of sample 2... until all the 180 energy values have been taken, squared, and added up. This value will then be divided by the total number of samples. The quotient of this will be the energy content of the wavefile. All I need is the executable. The main file may or may not be included. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form 2) Complete source code of all work done (optional) 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP, can be in MS-DOS mode only.
