Big Project Lots of help needed

This is going to be a Online Multiplayer Visual Gundam Game(Gundam is just an Anime TV Show) I need everything I need Programmers,Artist's and try and keep your prices low i'm only 13 so I don't have alot of money however I will pay up The Game data is in the zip file I need Artist's to make the Weapons and Mobile Suits however I have pictures they just aren't how I want them to be plus they need to be animated I need Programmers to make everything but I have the main idea that should work and I will probally be hiring more then 2 Programmers and more then 2 Artists so please keep your bids low ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
