Auto-Submit Social Network Bot

I need a program that will submit webpages to various different social networking sites automatically. The users will sign up for the accounts manually so no need to work that in. They will input their username(s) and password(s) then insert the links they want submitted. Once they hit 'start' I want them to be able to see the progress being made. After the submission is complete to all sites I would like it to generate a small report.
