Audio recording software that works with the Skype API

(This is a small business project - I am self-employed - so please bid with according rates. Thanks!) I need a software program created that works with Skype. It should record Skype conversations (much like HotRecorder, [login to view URL]). However, I need a special unique feature. I need this program to have a "scheduling" feature that can be used to schedule calls & teleconferences. In other words, the user will specify a phone number to call at a certain date & time, and this program will use Skype to call in, enter the passkey to enter the teleconference, and start recording. It should get the audio directly from Skype if possible to keep maximum audio quality. These are the main features of the program, but it will contain some other small features like "stop recording & hang up after X minutes/hours" and setting audio quality. .NET can be used for this project, but if there is a way to do it without using .NET that is just as easy, I would prefer that. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Must be exactly as specified in the project description. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, XP, and Vista at least.
