Advanced OpenVPN Client

Hello,

I require a unique application and backend system based on OpenVPN developed for providing a subscription based product to the general public.

The product will enable users to register a subscription and have access to our client which will utilize OpenVPN to anonymously encrypt their internet connection. The idea is based around anonymity online by bypassing restrictions such as traffic throttling, firewalls, restricted websites and ISP snooping.

You should be experienced with OpenVPN, C/C++, PHP/MYSQL and Linux based servers.

In general SIMPLE TERMS you will need to:

1) Write a client based application for Windows, Linux and Mac Operating Systems. Please note, we may stick just with Windows and offer alternative solutions for other OS's depending on the reliability and how doable this will be. There is a premade Open Source client already out there, so you could modify this.

2) Write a backend system to authenticate subscribers and hide their anonymity based on OpenVPN.

3) Write a subscription based system using Paypal and another checkout provider (Protx?) IPN's.
