Description: We have an existing application that we would like to change its interface and technology to a more netscape or Java look alike GUI. The application currently helps to keep track of Projects,Builders,Employees, A/R(Invoices to billable to builders per Proyects), A/P (Expenses: Admin, Labor[invoices payable to employees], Materials). Success on this small application will mean future development and growth of the application to evolve into a full Business Tracking System. A prototype and additional information is available for the interested party or parties upon ftp granted access or email bigger than 8MB storage. Full access to Project Progress Activities is required from awarded programmer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4)There is a 40 day project completion time (Please note time is the essence of this bidding process), delivery of all source codes bugs free, fully executable and functional for all systems or subsystem needed for the application to be fully operational ## Platform 1) Fully compatible to Win 98, XP, 2K. 2) DB engine initially is considered MS Access but should be migrated to either SQL or Oracle once the application growth. 3) GUI, Tabs and Navigation: Look alike Netscape 7.0 4) Prg Language, Technology: Java, [login to view URL] 5) Report out of application using native language, or embedded to Word or Excel, would considered a more rich third party report application(Crystal, Actuate??) for future developments.
