Adding menus & buttons to Outlook Express

I am working on adding some functionality to Outlook Express and would like to add buttons and a Menu items to the Outlook Express toolbar/menu. I would like example code on doing this. Without the use of MFC. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Outlook Express 5.x Outlook Express 6.x Windows 9x Windows NT 4.0 Windows 2000/XP ## Deadline information Must be completed by Jan 4 2003.
