Add XMP metadata to PDF

The project is adding metadata to PDF files. The project must be written in C/C++. This should be quite easy to do because Adobe offers a free developers toolkit to add XMP data to PDF files:

I only want one function with following parameters:

BOOL AddMetadata2PDF(char* pdffilename, char* metadata);

if the function succeed then the return value is TRUE otherwise FALSE. pdffilename is the input pdf filename that must be modified and the metadata must be embedded into it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
