CRE Loaded (oscommerce) template design and logo

I would like to have 2 templates and 2 logos designed for 2 different oscommerce sites (running creload 6.15 script version. note that the template design is different for this script version) Both sites sell printer ink. I need to have the templates designed from scratch. No implementation of previously used templates is acceptable. I need a professional, modern, business look. I also require the template to be expandable to different screen sizes 800 pixels wide and higher. Look at [login to view URL] to get an idea of the kind of expandable template I'm speaking of. I need the logos to be vibrant and have different colors well representing that fact that we sell different colors of ink. I would expect to see some web template samples of previously done projects before making a decision as to which bidder I will choose.
