Asterisk / Trixbox programmer needed

Hi coders, I have direct connection to the PSTN via E1, and intended to establish new carrier company to receive traffic from wholesales and routing it to the PSTN. What I am trying to do is to receive phone calls through internet using VoIP with CODEC G729 and pass it to the PSTN through E1 that use both ISDN and CAS with R2 signaling. I think using Trixbox 1.1 with E1-PCI card is the cheapest and most reasonable solution. Before I choose a coder I need you to tell me what is your plan to achieve this task, and what hardware/software are going to use for single E1 connection. and what is your dial plan. and how will we make the test with other carriers.
