We need a script to validate all outgoing calls.
Steps:
1. The user dial a number.
2. Asterisk call a php script and send the dialed number.
3. Php script validate if this number exist in mysql db.
4. If is valid, place a call. is not, call a error message (wav).
The PBX is a trixob CE box. (2.8.?)
