Browser simulation in php

I'm looking for an experienced and skilled developer who can Implement a program such as for example Serenium rc within php that can do the following:
- A form request (consisting of cookie, URL, POST request etc) is sent to a browser simulation program such as Serenium RC.
- The web browser simultion program runs the javascript and does all other request to return data as the website would do normally in the browser.
- The web browser simulation program returns a string with all the content as we would expect when the same request was done in a normal web browser.
- Images, pictures, flash objects are not needed, and should not be downloaded with the browser simulation program. Only the content such as generated html and javascript are needed.
- The webbrowser simulation program should remember cookie, or cookie should be sent to php and resent to be able to do a second form request.
