customization website

I need build a website similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] in terms of functionality. The customer will have the option to customize products with text, photo, and color at different part. They will have the option to either upload there own photo or select one from our collection. They should be able to resize the text and the photo. We would need the ability to assign categories to our images. We should also be able to assign prices depending on the customization. Please let me know if you have any further questions. The website should have all the functionality of e-commerce site (content management, shopping cart, merchant account integration, seo friedly) I highly prefer somebody can add modles to aspdotnetstorefront ml version(I am currently using)
