configure asp.net site to Use Membership with Facebook

I downloaded this Facebook application sample site: <[login to view URL]>? but I can't get the [login to view URL] page or the [login to view URL] to connect with ms sql server database.? Memberships do not seem to be working,? since the users aren't being added to the? database! I even created another page and tab, as a test to try to connect, and that one isn't working either. You can see my app here: <[login to view URL]>? This task involves you getting memberships to work. The [login to view URL] page needs to work, and users added to the database.
