basic web site needs to be built

Hi, I have a few pages of a web site that I need to have developed. There is no GUI required as I will add that after. 1 - A 'contact us' page that allows the user to enter a message on a web form, then select a contact type (such as 'sales office' or 'support') and a region ('USA' or 'Europe') and send an email to the suitable email address. All data is stored in a SQL server and should be accessed via Stored Procedures. 2- A web page that allows a user to upload a file. The file is then imported into a SQL server. The file is fixed format file, and if the SQL server contain the record in the file, it is overritten. 3- A remote web service needs to be access. The data from this web service is to be stored into a SQL table. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be a SQL Server back end, with a ASP.Net web site, written in VB.net Stored Procedures must be used.
