aspx SQL simple 5 table framework for admin tool

I have attached a quick project outile to help better understand the project scope. I hope this helps pin down any outstanding questions... ... Previous post.... Absolutely no design required. The code only of a very basic administration tool. Very simple structure in 5 tables (which already exist). I can supply the path (user & pass) to a DB, and require a set of aspx pages which will be able to do very simple add, edit delete functions for the records in the tables and a set of pages which display the results. I've already designed the pages, and admin tool, but my developer went missing at 95% completion of the code. The only slight complication is that a couple of the tables require an upload file function, which will add a reference to the file in the db, and save the file tp the server. Again, no design required, I just need to see the basic aspx calls (as i have no idea about them). This project was originally mySQL and PHP, in which case I would have done it myself, but is now MS SQL and aspx... Lots of further information (table structure, column list etc.) can be sent direct to winning bidder. Bidder MUST have previous (proven) experience of aspx (my last developer was bluffing and went AWOL at the last minute!).
