Designing a dynamic website which asks users multiple choice questions and provides feedback. The website will interact with stored information within a database. There are two modes of access; user and admin User mode takes a multiple-choice test and receives feedback on the answers they have chosen. Admin mode composes the multiple-choice tests and perform tasks such as adding users to the database and viewing results of the user A complete list of all functions each access mode should provide will be provided further below. The user will be asked to choose one correct answer from five possible answers for example. 1) A stakeholder is: (a) the person paying for the system (b) a term used by politicians (c) the person who will use the system (d) has an interest in the system.. (e) none of the above the user should be able to click radio buttons to register their answer. The system will need to be implemented using ASP VBSCRIPT and MICROSOFT ACCESS.
## Deliverables
1) Complete set of script files which interact with stored data in a database should be included which allow the stated functionality. A functional hierarchy diagram is attached below which includes the main functionality of the system. i have also included a data flow diagram. This consists of the user being able to perform the following functions; login self register change password change profile information select test and view results/explanation while for the admin mode it consists the following functions login change admin password admin home add user modify/delete user add new test, questions and explanation of answers modify/delete tests view overall user performance view individual user performance 2)Entity relationship diagram which shows the relevant database entities and attributes
