advise on hosting and marketing

Hi there, I'm trying to start my web bussines, a dating website. And so i really need an advice on choosing a hosting for my web site. Host has to be cheap, but reliable and scalable, with support for .Net platform (e.g. asp.net), probably best would be win 2003 and iis 6. I already know some good hosting companies, such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but they way to expensive for my budget. I'm willing to spend around 150$ for a yearly hosting. This need to include not less than 200mb space, video/audio streaming, Ms Sql server 2000 with at least 25mb. If you know such a host, please let me know of it. Thanks.
