add counter to ASP form

I need a control on this form that will increment a numerical value displayed in the control by one. Click the right arrow and the value goes up by one, click the left arrow and the value goes down by one. Maybe it's a couple controls grouped together, maybe it does not exist. If you have seen anything like this please throw it in this form and send it back.
