Web front end on SQL Server.

I'm looking for a web front end for an existing SQL Server database (more details in the attached documents). The database is quite large, so I'm only looking to cover four tables initially, just to get an idea whether it's worth following through doing the whole DB at some point. Basic flow as follows: The front end should allow a user to logon from any browser (username/password validated against the DB). Depending on the users AccessLevel will determine what functionality is presented. AccessLevel functionality isn't fully defined but could be as follows: Level 1 - View records only. Level 2 - Add Records. Level 3 - Edit existing records. User then selects an option from the Main Menu and is presented with that information in table format. The tables to work with (for viewing and editing) are as follows: History Table - for viewing only. Need to be able to query view by date/time. A user with relevant AccessLevel should be able to delete records. Error Table - same functionality as History table. Devices - Displays all records in a table view. User, depending on access level can Add new records or edit existing ones. Parameters - same functionality as the Devices table. Two other tables will be used throughout this basic design, the User table for validating users and getting accesslevel and the Language table. The language table is linked into the device table. Would be nice to have a pulldown list of available languages when viewing the devices. I'm not a web programmer so forgive me if the terminology isn't quite right. The main point of this is to be visually and functionally professional, even though it's only a starting point. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
