Display sunset/sunrise times for website

My website ([[login to view URL]][1]) interfaces with an Access database using ASP. The database contains thousands of worldwide geographic locations, and the website allows you to search by name, city, country, etc. For each location, events (prayer times) are listed at specific times. Some of these times are listed as being relative to sunset or sunrise, e.g. 15 minutes before sunset. For each of these time descriptions, I want a way to automatically calculate what the exact time is, in that location. The time would then be rounded down to the earlier 5 minutes (e.g. 6:11 becomes 6:10, 8:24 becomes 8:20, and 7:38 becomes 7:35) For example, in a location in a particular city, a time is listed as “10 minutes before sunset??. I want it to display, instead, “10 minutes before sunset (approximately 6:15 PM)??. This is calculated based on the sunset time for that city, on the day that this information is being displayed. There are many ways to make this project work, and I am open to suggestions. I'm interested in hearing how you would plan to implement this functionality. I would like a brief update at least every 5 days while you are working on this project. I should be able to modify the code on my own in the future, if necessary. After completion of the project, I need an additional 1 week of runnning it "live" and making sure that it is working well before we can consider the project complete. This needs to work for cities around the world, in 99% of all countries. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform My home system: Windows Vista Microsoft Frontpage / Expression Web The website is on a VPS hosted by 1&1 MS Business Package (if you need to check what kind of technology my site is capable of) Microsoft Access database ASP Website should run well in all recent versions of internet explorer and firefox.
