Develop a new Website for an advertising network

I attach here a document but here you are some requirements: • Project will include script, design (XHTML/CSS), logo, installation + support. • Our website code needs to be compliant and use the ZEND framework ([login to view URL]) • Website design should be simple and a uniform theme. • Website must include sitemap and breadcrumbs in public area. • Website must be developed in XHTML and standard CSS so that it is compatible with all major browsers and mobile devices. • Registration Page with email activation + CAPTCHA. • Administration Portion MUST use HTTPS protocol. • User Data MUST be encrypted in mySQL Database. • The website will use ONE SINGLE DB for data. This means that we have to integrate the DBs from scripts to create one single login and registration process. • Website should have a suggestion and FAQ pages. • Project includes Credit Card, Google Checkout and PayPal Processing • The entire site should have a similar look and theme. • Project includes installation, deployment, design and support. • Login using Facebook account • Add Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn Icons to our homepage • Site must be SEO optimized for keywords (will provide keywords) • Site must have LIVE CHAT option (admin can turn ON/OFF)
