We are looking for a full-time programmer who can work from their home or office. Communication will be by phone and email. You must have extensive experience with the following: VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL C#.NET, XML, Visual [login to view URL] Additionally, the following areas will help but are not required: PHP, MYSQL, FLASH, Crystal Reports Your code must be carefully and thoroughly documented. All program specifications must first be written and designed before any coding is done. All code must be tested before submission. This is a full-time position and you will be paid a monthly fee (to be determined) on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month. We will require samples of VB.NET and SQL code for evaluation. You can supply a sample install or code to show your level of documentation and expertise. If you do not supply code samples, you will not be considered for this position. Naturally, once in consideration, we will then require at least three professional references. This is a long-term position with a very busy company. You will be working on many websites and dozens of programs. The work is varied, exciting and a perfect match for any programmer who enjoys a creative challenge. Any knowledge of business, accounting and marketing is a plus, but not mandatory. Please submit your resume, code sample, website examples and salary requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
