Customer Connection Portal

Concept: A portal that is very similar in function to a typical dating site or customer connection site, except the connections will not be between people who want to date but between to connect customers to service providers in their area that can provide the work. This will be a free service to both the customer and to the provider, the only requirement being that both the customer and the provider would need to register for the service. Providers will need to fill in a profile section in order to be listed in the system. To register the provider will need to confirm their email address via a click link. The registration process should be protected so that it cannot be automated from the outside world. The provider area will need to include the following database fields – Please see the attached images: • Provider profile o Photo / logo upload o Address / Contact Details o Website o Description of services offered o ZIP Codes Covered / Geographic Territory o Available working hours o Resume section for upload Customer has the ability to search the provider database without any requirement to login. They cannot however see the provider details / web information without registering. The customer section would have the details as outlined in the images. The customers would also register with their contact details, address, phone number, business name etc. The customer would then search for a provider. Once confirmed the provider results will have everything about the provider with a button that says “email me” this will send all details to the customer. The customer gets the details emailed to them and then the provider gets a notification that their profile has been clicked and viewed.
