Create simple asp/aspx email script using CDO based off a PHP version

We currently have a very simple PHP script for sending email from a contact form. We need this rewritten in asp/aspx (IIS version 6, ASP version 2, supports aspx extensions - host has said to use CDO to send email) The PHP script will be sent to you so you can see exactly what we are after in asp. The PHP script is a very simple email script hooked up to a html form (all ready made) It also has a function with a regex to match email addresses for validation (also needs rewriting in asp)
