Hello,
I need some to design, code and implement a web form for a new website we have. The website is in ASP.Net, but I'm pretty sure you can code the form in PHP or something else. I would like the form to be placed on every page of our website in the location I specify. The site has over 6,000 pages, but I'm pretty sure you can make sitewide changes easily.
I have several other projects for this site and would like to find someone that I can use consistently.
