Coop Advertisement

Have you done a coop advertisement script where by all the affiliates pool in certain funds to advertise a banner on a site or a text link on a pay per click search engine and based on the funds they have depositied their banner add or text link shows and basically it would be a rotating affiliate id under the banner add or it could also be under a text link a rotating affiliate id or a pop under banner or pop up banner rotating affiliate id link so that the affiliate ids get hits or clicks based on the funds deposited , and their add stops showing or their add is no more rotated once the funds are over. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform PHP MQSQL or whoever has done a similar script
