Content Mangement using ASP and MS Access

Content Management System using ASP and MS Access. I am looking for a **simple** CMS product for a personal webpage, or even a small business site. Would like a WYSIWYG editor for creating and editing pages. Speed and ease of use are important. All site settings should be able to be set either through a web interface, or a configuration file. All main site functions such as adding, editing, should all be web-based. Must be able to install anywhere with a website structure, not limited to root only. System must not use code taken from any other existing open source or commercial system. Exception to this is a WYSIWYG editor for the product can be an open source editor. Finished product will be sole ownership of buyer, with full rights. Prefer code to be as close to valid html as possible. Code should be very **well commented**. This CMS does not need to be complex, simpler is better. **Technology:** ASP 3.0 IIS 4.0, 5.0 or higher MS Access 2000 or higher **Security: **All code must be secure and free from sql-injection type attacks or querystring/form alteration. All user entered values should be validated to prevent errors. Needs only to have 1 user with full permission, to keep things simpler. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in with complete source code. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment-- 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. **Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased**.
