We are looking for an independent developer/s that can deliver a content management system (cms) website for an a set of 12 online magazines. The cms will need to be delivered in such a way that a non technical person can post content (articles, pictures, pod casts,...), under several different catagories in a pre determined configuration. It should allow any piece of content to be posted on one, many or all 12 sites easily. All of the graphics and UI design work will be completed by our in house staff and delivered as HTML. There may be instances in which Ajax or other interface technologies will be deployed and the back end must be able to support it. DotNetNuke architecture, using .Net and MS Sql are required to be built in so that our tech team can assume responsibility of the product once it has been developed. Once the first phase has been finalized and completed, secondary and follow-on development may be awarded.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
We would like to have things such as bloging capability, message groups, and a number of the other DotNetNuke plug-ins like weather, archive search, FAQ s and ... The final list will be decided upon during the final specification which is now being built. All graphics and UI designs and html will be provided. You will have to "tie" into them from the back end.
