Complete DATING WEBSITE Script and Design Project

I'm looking for a dating site script and fully site design. If you already have done a dating site in the past or already have a dating script developed please send me the details of what it does. Basically what I'm looking for a dating script that has a lot of the same features as [login to view URL] & Yahoo Personals, but would like the site to be paypal or google checkout integrated and be able to be translated in 4 different languages as well. I'm unsure of cost or time needed for a project like this so please let me know your bid and timeframe needed along with examples of dating sites you have done in the past. I'm guessing the coding will to be .php or .asp but again please specify in your bid.
