Collection System web-based asp.net and sql

We are looking for a collection system to be built. I have attached a complete document of the system worflow and the majority of features. Please read and review this. I have also included some basic screenshots of what the system gui should be and general layout of some pages. I have very specif ideas on gui so this will not be a [login to view URL] attached screens are just example and not actual system fileds or layout. It is just to give you ideas of what we are looking for. Overall the system is straight forward and relies on the registering of new clients, workflow and assigning of the accounts more than anything. This will be a fun project for both our team and the winning developer. Not too sure on timeline but i can be no later than 3 weeks, fully tested and the budget is no more than $500.00. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
