Please see the attached ASP.NET project. It is a very simple trouble ticket application which needs some relatively simple and straightforward changes. We will need delivery within 24 hours so that deadline should not be a problem for you! Thanks... ## Deliverables We need the following changes: public page ([login to view URL]) * need to add required field validators on all fields with a * * need to remove "client" field everywhere and put the "site" field where "client" currently is. site should be a mandatory field. * "site" should be a dropdown based on the database similar to how "problems" works * problem textbox needs to be larger * user (not admin) needs to have an option to lookup a case by ticket # or email address (read-only) * when an existing (not closed) ticket is viewed it should give the user the option to cancel that ticket. if a ticket is cancelled it should log in the database that the ticket was cancelled by the user and a datestamp * when a user adds a ticket, it should email the user a confirmation of that ticket which also contains a link to go to the ticket * when a user adds a ticket it should also send an email to an email address specified in the [login to view URL] file admin section: * "site" should be sortable just like "client" currently is * "status" dropdown options should be database based similar to "cite" and "client" * tickets should allow the ability to add multiple status records (save/show in a grid), each of which should log the user who updated it, the datestamp, and an optional description * When ticket status is updated it should have a checkbox which sends an email to the original user * upon logging in to the admin section it should go right to [login to view URL] * [login to view URL] should default to only show open tickets * remove "client" fields everywhere in admin area and allow filtering based on "site" * remove Client Field and search from this screen * admin needs to be able to search by ticket # or email 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be ready to be installed by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET/VB.NET v 1.1
