I need a registration form with company details, name, address, contry, the vat, etc etc to be filled and then once registered an ID and password will be send to users email ID which wil be valid for few weeks or month.
I also want a cpanel to control all this process so that I can accumulate all password on a sinlgle place and keep monitoring on them.
Thic cpanel for example just show the name of the company, the name of the signer, the country, the time of every connection. the status with red, yellow and green bar - when is yellow the code will expire in 7 days and red in 1 day
Whenever I want I can change their password or other and the password will be for a single PC (it needs to keep in mind the ip or the seriale of the first PC where code has been used)
This system needs to be very safe and functional because code dont must to being used beyond the actual duration.
Also when a code is about to expire, the customer will receive an email with an invitation to renewal
