What is required is to code a Customer Service Chat solution that can run on a server and host at least 1000 simultaneous interactions to be used inside a contact center.
For the tool it is required the following interfaces:
? End user
? Agents
? Admin
? Reporting
Need to be coded in .NET or Java.
Database in SQL.
Code must be submitted at the end of the project
Detailed documentation of the application and the coding is required as part of the project.
This is not a typical 1 to 1 chat solution. It has to be a solution that 1 agent can serve multiple chat sessions at the same time since it is intended to be used by customer service agents that receive chat requests by users from the web page of the company.
