CDonts Auto-Email, pulling Mysql data in form email

I'm seeking a skilled programmer, immediately available, to create an **CDonts auto-email function from my admin area of website**. **A form email (editable** in asp page of admin area) will be able to be sent to multiple site users, including specific form field info from their profiles (mysql data) included in email. Email will be pre-written with form fields, and needs to include hyperlinks I provide for email. In administrating this email function, it will have a feature whereby it sends to specific users (those users who have only one project registered, and not activated yet), and I can select those users from today, past 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, etc.... Click of a button and the customized cdonts email sends to all of those users specified. Site is asp classic, mysql database. Will provide email text/content, and access to ftp and database. I need this done immediately, today, and will pay immediately with bonus. Thanks! ## Deliverables Upon hiring, I will provide url and pass access to admin area where this feature will be programmed.
