Asp.net Instagram API

Hello, I have a site that allows users to create events. When the user creates the event other users will be able to visit that event's page and upload photos from that event. I want to have the photos upload from my asp.net site and save them to Instagram's server. When other users visit that event page I want the entire list of photos from Instagram's server to be loaded in a repeater control for ONLY that event. So images need to be retrieved from that user's Instagram account only for that event. I'm using VS 2008 (.Net 3.5 framework), VB.net and I would like to use Ajax if possible to avoid postbacks. This should be easy for those familiar with Instagram, I'm not that familiar with Instagram so I need help. If I need to increase my bid let me know and I'll consider.
