Agora Cart link between website and cpanel

I want to be completely clear on what I need. I own my own hosting company and this is for a client. I have agora and have input all the current products. I have "add to cart" on every product in the website. What I need is the connection between agora cart (on the cpanel) to the products on the website. there are less than 100 products now but will be adding about 100 more so I will need to know to connect them to the site when you have finish the job. Every product, ie Pak1 under Animations, must be downable after payment is made so a link to the product purchase must be created to the correct product for download. I've never worked with agora cart and am running short on time for this completion. asap
