I need some minor changes made to an existing website. The pages are in html, and I have MySQL. I need the following built: 1) Contact Us page with form that sends email to me. The page is there -- I need the form added to it with sending of the email. 2) Creation of a MySQL database, with 2 tables: subscribers and removelist 3) Subscribe to newsletter page with a form added to it to add an email address to the subscribers table. The page is there now -- I need the form added to it that will validate the email address entered, and then insert a row in a table. 4) Remove page with a form that adds a row to the removelist table. The Remove page is currentlly there -- I need the form added to it that will insert a row in the DB when a valid email address is entered. Maximum bid accepted is $20.
