ASPupload issue. Web site ASP upload resume page

Hello, I need some help with a web site upload. I have a web site I just took over when someone quit working here, and the upload resume and contact form don't work correctly. The site is a very basic site with only I am not sure if this is a code issue or if this is simply a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1 and IIS 7.5 issue. When you pick the file to upload and click "upload resume" you get an Internal Server Error 500. I am not a very good coder(I know enough to be dangerous) nor am I very familiar with iis 7. I would like to have someone walk me through getting this working again. Please help! Thanks for looking!
