ASP sendmail script to work with mailenable

Only bid if you completely understand how this will work and you are 100% confidant you can deliver a bug free solution within the time period given. My server is a MS Windows 2003 Web Edition and uses Mail Enable 1.703. We had a sendmail script in use so our site could send emails out, but on this new server it doesn't work. I need a solution that will allow for an asp script to send mail out through the site, without us having to adjust our current mailbox settings for existing mail users. I'm not sure why an asp script won't work but I've had 2 companies, and myself try it. My server supports asp and asp.net, but I think the problem might be with Mail Enable. I need a script written that will alert the site admin when a new form is filled out and submitted to database. It doesn't need to pass any info, just send a dated message that tells administrator to check the admin site. Once this is done I have more similar projects I need done. I will pay $40 for this if done within 5 days. I will send you a $20 bonus if it's done in 2 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
