I need to create a program to build web sites for vet practices to use. Once the tool is complete, it will enable me to provide websites for 1000+ vet offices, with each site having different content and different appearance. All 1000 sites should be using 1 virtual dirrectory, and should not require any further configuration that can't be done in the browser from an Admin panel. The general idea here is that the system will be maintained by a non-programmer.
I need the project built in ASP.net 2.0 using Telerik Sitefinity <[login to view URL]> . Please at least download and be familiar with this before bidding.
The coder will be responsible to create a series of controls which can be placed anywhere into the website. Conceivably there will be 20 elements. For example:
1)login control
2)calendar, showing office hours and vacation days
3)subscription to news letter.
Please look at the attached specs for more detail.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I would be open to using DotNetNuke, assuming it is as easy to use and maintain, and can achieve the same result as the RadDesigner
