Following are the requirements:
1. Web based ASP form that allows upload of resume and submission of data to Access DB. (see Consultant Database [login to view URL] and refer to Consultant Database Information_R1 for additional details.
2. Web based Admin area for clients to login and update thier own data and for Admins to view and update all data.
3. Need a way to synchronize this data on the web to an Access Database on a local machine so that the Admin can do the same thing for #2, but offline using Access Forms (or if you have another idea?)

UPDATE: I have uploaded the current Access Database that is being used, which may help give you an idea of what they have currently. Ultimately, a new one can be created by you for the purpose of easy integration.
I have also extended the time in which the final product can be delivered. I want a quality product, so you shouldn't have to rush...too much :)
Ultimately, the client just needs to be able to synchronize the data being entered via the web based ASP form to a database with forms that can be used to view all of the data when they may be travelling or not connected to a web server.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
