ASP Programming for Website

I need my website programmed in ASP and MS-Access. My site is hosted on a Windows based server. Early completion of the project is important to me. Please read the attached .PDF files and also look at the attached .JPG files before making your bid offers. This project deals with Investment and Insurance realted advisory services. I need the following features. 1] User Registration Form 2] Client Risk Profiling Questionnaire 3] Return-over-Investment Calculator 4] How to become a Millionnaire Calculator Complete details for these are mentioned in the attached files. First of all every User has to "Register" before he can use any of the tools. Each time the User wishes to use these tools in future also the User has to "Log-in" with his username & preferred Password. All the details of new Users has to be stored in the backend database file on the server. These details should also be emailed automatically to my email ID which will be informed later. A facility to manage all the Registered Users like for sending mass emails to them, closing their accounts, viewing their contact details, etc would be ideally preferred. If this project is NOT completed successfully before the required Delivery Deadline, I shall immediately request for Arbitration & also for Cancellation of the project. So please verify all the requirements & clarify your doubts with me before making your final Bid Offer. I would also request all the Bidders to kindly send me a brief profile of their past work on similar platforms. It will help me to finalise the Coder early. I also wish to add that these tools will be finally displayed on HTML pages which are ready with me at present. I shall forward them to you in due course of the project. Please DON'T make a Bid Offer without reading and viewing all the attached files thoroughly and completely. ## Deliverables A] Source Code with proper comments, Backend Database Files, Data Flow Diagrams, etc for the project. this will help me to extend the project further in future, if required. B] "Ready-to-Host" condition of the entire project. C] All copyrights for the work completed and images used, if any. I shall also require the below mentioned Deliverables along with the things mentioned here in ablove. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
